Professional Experience
CONET Services GmbH
Leading IT projects within the Consulting & Management division. Full project lifecycle ownership: planning, controlling, quality management, stakeholder communication, on/offboarding, and training coordination.
Public Sector — IT Infrastructure (Bonn)
PMO and project management for a confidential large-scale government IT project in Bonn. Managed data center build-out and full-service operations under a multi-year public sector contract.
Public Sector — IT Systems Support
Supported IT infrastructure operations including server management, SAN infrastructure, and client systems. Testing and commissioning of new services within a complex public sector IT environment.
Doğuş Automotive — VW Car Configurator (iHDCC)
Led the Turkish market implementation of Volkswagen AG's global Internet High Definition Car Configurator (iHDCC). Managed interface coordination between VW AG and Doğuş Automotive from planning to go-live.
Doğuş Automotive — ERP System Integration
Managed integration of outsourced programs (NADIN) into the proprietary ERP system (Turkuaz). Controlled delivery across a 200-day engagement including interface management and full execution oversight.
Doğuş Automotive — "Which Volkswagen?" Video Campaign
Delivered an online video comparison series helping customers choose their next Volkswagen. Managed full project lifecycle from brief to YouTube publication as a branded VW product series.

RTM — Road To Marathon
A marathon training companion app built web-first. Structured training plans, HealthKit integration, and post-run analytics for runners at every level.
